Wholesale 800 Service relies on reverse charge numbers, alias toll-free numbers. It is a voice service covering 100% of the domestic territory (both in access and in termination) thanks to the Eutelia network infrastructure and the interconnection with Telecom Italia.

Collected traffic is delivered to the Customer office in charge of the 800 number; it’s customer responsibility to dedicate service an adequate number of lines to avoid congestion.
