Wholesale 702 Reverse is a service of Eutelia aimed to Internet Service Providers and national and local Carriers, who dispose of the ministerial authorization for provision of Data and/or Internet services to the public (leg. decree 259 of 01/08/2003), and who intend to acquire services of Internet traffic gathering through dial-up connections (PSTN/ISDN) for distributing them to their own final Customers.

Invoicing of the traffic of the final users is charged to Telecom Italia.

The Provider receives an elevated reverse rate for each minute his users are connected, varying according to the pre-selected tariff and the total volume of the effective traffic. For "Over TAT" and "CHEAP" rates, there is also provided a reverse for the answer fee. The offer does not provide minimum traffic volumes.

The phone data of the calls directed to the Provider numbers are available with daily rhythm on a dedicated website. On the same Web interface, at the beginning of each month, the monthly balances regarding the previous month are reported, they are already valued according to the reverse values reserved for the Provider. In basis of these data, the Provider can immediately issue his invoice to Eutelia.

The service doesn't provide provision of value added services (VAS), such as: mailbox, personal web pages, domain registration and dialer for performing calls to the POP.
