The Professional Mail service allows to have a Mailbox space at disposal for creating and managing own mailboxes under a 2°-level-domain that was previously registered by the customer.

The domain can be registered through the service DomainPlug of Eutelia or by another Provider.

For the correct functioning of the service it's in both cases necessary that the domain that was previously registered by the customer is correctly set up (record MX = smtp-in.eutelia.it).

If registration of the domain is done by the DomainPlug service of Eutelia, the array MX must be compiled by smtp-in.eutelia.it through the appropriate automatic procedure of domain configuration.

If the domain was registered by another Provider by clicking here a draft of a letter can be loaded that can be used for asking the domain Provider for the correct configuration.

The service is extremely flexible, as the totally available space for all the mailboxes (from a minimum of 50 MB to a maximum of 1 GB with coarseness of 50 MB) can be selected (and afterwards be varied) at the activation.
